Room 21 is our Transitional Learning Center.
We are in need of volunteers 6/5 six hours a day/five days a week. This can be done for short periods of time or even half or whole days. We are happy to give you an area in the TLC to work on tasks for your child's classroom teacher and be available to help students when they need guidance and support on classroom work or missing assignments.
Please stop by room 21, e-mail Mrs. Breneman at sbreneman@mead.k12.wa.us. or comment on this post to volunteer. Give us your name and days/times you are available.
If you have certain grade levels you are most comfortable with or if you have an area of expertise, please let us know. We are happy to build groups around your special interests and talents if at all possible. If you plan to volunteer and haven't already, please obtain a background check sheet from our school office.
We need many people to accomplish this and hope to begin a full schedule right after conference week. Thanks so much!
